Who I Am
I am Faical El Hakim, a Global Development Consultant with many years of expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Blockchain, and IT innovation. My career has been driven by a passion for solving complex problems, challenging conventional frameworks, and creating systems that empower people through transparency and technology.
Educated in the Netherlands and fluent in English, Dutch, and Arabic, I bridge cultures and industries—from government and finance to healthcare and education—to deliver transformative solutions.
I developed Hi frequently trading when worked at BINK BanK. You measured the data on the internet line, if it was above or under average then you needed only the news sentiment of the day for to know if the markets went up or down!

My Professional Journey
With a Bachelor’s in Business Information Technology and certifications in Business Intelligence, I’ve worked with leading organizations, including:
- ABN AMRO NV: Developed Basel II banking compliance systems using IBM DWH.
- KLM: Designed data warehouse solutions to replace legacy Excel/Access reporting.
- Dutch Ministry of Education & Healthcare: Built secure data tracking systems for sensitive public records.
- Philips IP&S: Engineered ETL pipelines for enterprise data integration.
My roles have centered on ETL development, data vault modeling, and strategic IT consulting, always with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and user empowerment.
Beyond Technology: A Vision for Change
While my technical skills are proven, my true mission is applying innovation to reshape society. I believe:
